    Dr. Jeff says he doesn't know if Congress has already slipped through this act on exemption requests to fast track it, but wants the community to tell Congress they have to stop it. He says the PREA exemption is a nightmarish situation that will fuel more dangerous drugs for children like the HPV vaccine.
