    Dear Mr. Masters, whomever this may concerns, everyone both on/ff of here:,

    I am back again regarding my order (first and last one) with you guys.

    Basically, I’m waybeyondfedup with all of both shipping and handling. I mean its not the price part of it, but just how long it took (a mo). It was a essential starter trial kit https://johnmasters.com/collections/collections/products/essential-trial-set. I have already unsuccessful with both you guys (it was multiple times over the course with only reply back to me from you guys at John Masters) mo and even disputing it my bank) and ups regarding it. In which I’m went back and still back at the drawing board, again.
